30-day returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your purchase. For a change-of-mind return, items must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging. Sets must be returned complete.
How to request a return

Our return address is 550 Route De Bessieres, 31660 Buzet-Sur-Tarn, France. This address is in France; a change-of-mind return from the United States involves international return shipping.
Return shipping costs
We cover return shipping when the issue is our error, a damaged or defective item, or an incorrect item. You cover return shipping when you change your mind. There is no restocking fee.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact customer support to arrange a resolution. The unused-condition and original-packaging requirements for ordinary change-of-mind returns do not prevent you from reporting damage, defects or an incorrect item.
Refunds
Once a refund is approved, the payment will be returned automatically to the original payment account within 10 calendar days.
